Disney’s California Adventure: A Musical Celebration of Coco

October 27, 2019 · Leave a Comment

I’m a major Disney fan, so I’m celebrating the season up right with a visit to California Adventure!

I found the most adorable song and dance show located at Plaza de la Familia. There is a narrator that tells the story of Miguel from Coco. It brings the movie to life right before your eyes! The shows run from 10am-5pm, every hour on the hour with a run time of 12 minutes. Times may vary, be sure to check the daily schedule. To get the best view, head to the Plaza de la Familia area 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the show. They will be singing and dancing until November 3rd!

Make sure to also stop by the Árbol de la Vida/ Tree of Life. There is a photo op and a place to write a note to a loved one in remembrance. You can hang your note on the wall of memories. I loved learning about Dia de los Muertos several years back. It’s so important to honor those you have lost.

Mexican Hot Chocolates are available at Paradise Garden Grill. Definitely the perfect ending to a Fall day at California Adventure!

Halloween Time is upon us again! I absolutely love Fall and celebrated the first day of the season at Disneyland. I ordered Pumpkin Spice Beignets and a Blackberry Midnight Julep. You can find these spooktacular treats at the Mint Julep Bar in New Orleans Square. I’ll definitely be ordering another Julep on my next visit! The new flavor is delicious and the perfect way to cool down on a warm afternoon stroll through Disneyland. What Halloween Time seasonal offerings are you looking forward to?
